Our project at Magnet Africa is progressing well with the tower cranes being dismantled and scaffold struck. The project is a Design and Build negotiated contract .we are building 5 residential units ,2 are private sale, 1 shared ownership and 2 rental properties. The site is in an area of regeneration close to the proposed Fountain Estate extension in Abuja.
